Vacation rentals

Guest acquisition

With over half a million nights booked and the best customer service in the area, let us put qualified guests in your vacation home and money in your bank. NO upfront costs to you, NO advertising costs to you, NO escrow or money down needed from you, we just charge the guest a 10% booking/commission fee, AND, our office services will collect and submit your state and county taxes for those bookings. No fuss, no hassle, no worries.

For our new owners that let us place guests in their house we also pay for TV for the 1st year, including a DVR, with all the local networks plus 165+ other channels

Towels and Linens

For our owners that let us place guests in their house we also supply all towels and bed linens for our guests and your guests.

COMING SOON - Physio Therapy or in-house Personal Training

Your wellness doesn’t have to pause while you’re on vacation. Guests staying at our home can arrange continuing Physiotherapy sessions or in‑house personal training tailored to their needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, maintaining a treatment plan, or simply wanting to stay active with expert guidance, licensed professionals can come directly to the property for private, convenient sessions.

COMING SOON - Private Swimming Lessons

Whether you’re looking to help a child gain confidence in the water or you’d like to improve your own swimming technique, guests staying at our home can arrange private, on‑site swimming lessons during their visit. Certified instructors can come directly to the property and tailor each session to your goals—beginner basics, stroke refinement, safety skills, or simply becoming more comfortable in the pool.

Looking to add a little adventure or relaxation to your vacation? Guests staying at our home can arrange a variety of special experiences during their visit. Whether you’re interested in a guided fishing charter, a round of golf at a local course, a day on the water, or even a safe, instructor‑led shooting experience

These services can be performed weekly and are per service ordered.

Weekly home watch

Our weekly home watch. The owner of Happy Hibiscus will inspect your property once a week when it is unoccupied and do a guest call when guests are in. We will inform you of any problems immediately.

Monthly

These services are performed weekly unless otherwise stated in the service description and are billed monthly

Pool service

Weekly pool care including all necessary chemicals to maintain the balance required for a crystal clear pool and spa. Scrub tile at water level and vacuum as necessary. Clean skimmer basket and pool filter as necessary. This is a continuation of your current service.

Shrub trimming

Performed monthly during growing season and is adjusted per house for slow growing season, trimming of shrubs and palm trees lower than 25 feet, This is a continuation of your current service.

Home watch

Our weekly home watch 4 times a month. Our weekly home watch. The owner of Happy Hibiscus will inspect your property once a week when it is unoccupied and do a guest call when guests are in. We will inform you of any problems immediately.

Lawn cutting and edging

Performed weekly during growing season and is adjusted per house for slow growing season, every service call we will cut your lawn, edge your drive, path and road and weed eat. This is a continuation of your current service.

Weed spraying

Performed weekly during growing season and is adjusted per house for slow growing season, we will spray roundup in your flower beds, path, drive and road, lanai and pool deck. This is a continuation of your current service.

Quarterly

These are service that are done less frequently, the suggested service intervals are in the service descriptions.

House and lawn pest control and fertilization service

Regular pest control treatment for both the inside and outside of the house as well as treatment for fire ant, grubs and mole crickets. Application of weed and feed for the lawn. These treatments are done 4 times a year. Also includes additional call outs as may be needed. This is a continuation of your current service and is an annual contract that is billed monthly.

Yearly Service

These are optional services that require an annual contract.

Full A/C service and maintenance

Two FULL A/C Maintenance Services a year, including filters and duct cleaning. Full 24hr breakdown service, includes Labor and all Parts that have not broken down from accidental damage or the natural elements, e.g., rust. Freon is extra

One-off Service

These are services that may need to be done before normal services are started, If you are unsure if your services are already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Initial lawn service

If required, this is an Initial lawn service to bring your lawn cutting and edging to our standard maintained weekly service level. If you are unsure if your lawn is already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Initial pool service

If required, this is an Initial pool service to bring your pool to our standard maintained weekly service level. If you are unsure if your pool is already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Initial house and lawn pest control and fertilization service

If required, this is an Initial house and lawn pest control and fertilization service to bring your pest control to our standard maintained weekly service level. If you are unsure if your pest control is already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Initial trimming service

If required, this is an initial trimming service to bring your landscape trimming to our standard maintained monthly service level. If you are unsure if your trimming is already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Initial weed spraying

If required, this is an Initial weed spraying service to bring your weed control to our standard maintained weekly service level. If you are unsure if your weed control is already to our standards, we are more than willing to give you a free inspection and advise you if this initial service is required.

Maintenance, replace, repair and install

Being a licensed contractor we have the contacts and the people to repair, replace or install anything your home or guests need at a fast response rate and a great price.
